Motivation

What keeps our  S.T.O.R.M. and S.W.A.T. Teams motivated?  Here's what they had to say at a recent training and brainstorming session.  The answers validate our number one criteria in recruiting Leadership Team members: passion.

Fun

  • Seeing them having fun and be so happy when they accomplish something.

  • Lots of fun for us and the kids.

  • Lots of smiles and happy faces on cute kids.

  • Giving them high fives!

  • Watching the kids having fun learning Taekwon-Do

Leadership Skills

  • It's a good opportunity to learn how to work with children.

  • By teaching, you also refine and improve your own knowledge and skills.

  • Good chance to get to know other Leadership Team members.

  • Learning and building leadership skills.

Making a Difference in Children's lives

  • Correcting the kids and making sure they have proper stances, punches, kicks, and postures.

  • Watching the kids try their hardest and improve

  • Teaching children something of importance

  • Helping the children, which keeps me going and motivated.

  • Knowing that you can make a difference in the kids' lives.
