Black Belt Excellence Martial Arts Academy, along with Movement to Health, is pleased to offer the wildly successful Powerful Woman Boot Camp to the fitness-oriented women of Kanata. Movement to Health, founded in 1998, focuses on educating, empowering, and enriching lives through fitness and health.

Donna Davis, Movement to Health Founder, has stated that she is pleased to bring this Boot Camp for Body and Soul, which has been extremely well received in the Westboro area, to women in Kanata. 

In this 4-week session, the Powerful Woman Boot Camp classes will help you lose weight, gain more energy, build muscle, and create healthy habits to last a lifetime!!

If you want to get healthy by toning up, losing some weight and also building better eating habits for you and your family, this is the class for you.

This program combines the power of:

  • Pilates is a total body workout that targets the "powerhouse" muscles: abs, thighs, hips, and buttocks, creating the long, lean, sculpted muscles dancers have. These exercises can help reshape your body and drop inches from your frame in a short amount of time. The essence of the original Pilates workout is stretch, strength, energy, and muscle control. Pilates Mat Work involves a series of 30 to 50 different movements performed with minimum repetitions and maximum results.
  • Whole Foods for increased energy & weight loss. We also offer you a healthy eating plan to follow, including serving sizes, recipes, and lots of health and wellness tips, and you sign a contract, making a commitment to your classes and to your healthier lifestyle.
  • The Power of Women for inspiration & motivation. Combined with the experience and motivation of your coach and the motivation and inspiration of a dedicated group of Powerful Women, this is a program designed to get results!
