Boot Camp

educating, empowering, and enriching lives
through fitness and health.

bring this Boot Camp for Body and
Soul, which has been
extremely well received in the Westboro area,
to women in Kanata.
In this 4-week session,
the Powerful Woman Boot Camp classes will
help you lose weight, gain more energy,
build muscle, and create healthy habits to
last a lifetime!!

program combines the power of:

Pilates
is a total body workout that targets the
"powerhouse" muscles: abs, thighs, hips,
and buttocks, creating the long, lean,
sculpted muscles dancers have. These
exercises can help reshape your body and
drop inches from your frame in a short
amount of time. The essence of the
original Pilates workout is stretch,
strength, energy, and muscle control.
Pilates Mat Work involves a series of 30
to 50 different movements performed with
minimum repetitions and maximum results.

offer you a healthy eating plan to follow, including serving sizes, recipes, and lots
of health and wellness tips, and you sign
