to present Women's Fitness Classes.
Program Description
The
Yummy Mummy Boot Camp
program is "The 10 week personalized
training course for all women" and
offers specialized strength and
cardiovascular training to meet the needs of
today's hard-working and fitness-oriented
women. It combines elements of:
Resistance training
Cardio kickboxing
Core strengthening
exercises to achieve
higher levels of endurance, muscle tone, and
coordination.

especially after the toll my pregnancy and

Program Description
Power T.A.G. classes
are intermediate through advanced level
core strengthening classes focusing on
the Thighs, Abdominals and Glutes.
Class consists of a 45
minute workout where participants are
guided through muscle targeting
exercises to improve the strength,
flexibility and power in their thighs,
abdominals and glutes. Hard work and
effort pay off as clients experience
increased energy, a sleeker, more toned
physique and improved self-confidence!

encouraged to be active in other
exercise / athletic programs while they
are registered for the Power T.A.G.
program. Regular cardiovascular exercise
will assist in burning calories and
increasing energy levels, thus aiding
clients to achieve their weight loss
goals.
Wayne has a remarkable ability to
motivate and connect with students of
all ages. He has managed to make
fitness training fun, creative and a
part of my day that I truly look forward
to. His guidance and encouragement
have had a profound impact on my
commitment to physical development. He

Program Description
Hollywood Heinies is a
fun, energetic cardio kickboxing style
class that incorporates plyometric,
isometric and resistance training
exercises to firm, shape and tone the
body to help clients leave that "lasting
impression". Class runs for 45 minutes
and is a mixture of kickboxing moves
performed to music to help increase
one's cardiovascular output, burn fat
and increase endurance, and muscle
targeting exercises that focus on the
glutes and thighs.
The words "I can't" do
not exist for Instructor Wayne Thompson,
who helps clients overcome their own
personal obstacles and encourages them
to push beyond their limitations. His
experience as a Martial Arts Instructor
and Personal Training Specialist coupled
with his boundless energy and enthusiasm
set the tone for this one-of-a-kind
workout. Hollywood Heinies will
undoubtedly change the way you look at
fitness!
