When hearing the words, "self-defence", I think of protecting oneself against others, (such as 'bad guys' and "bullies"). Two important concepts learned through Jason’s Taekwon-Do training are practice and persistence. Emily has been taking Taekwon-Do for six months. This month I have noticed a tremendous change in her character. She has always found it difficult to control her temper.
